From initially speaking to friendly and accommodating Tracey in the office for the purpose setting up our first meeting for a quote with the ever knowledgeable Chuck, to coordinating with the awesome Marty for our install day, our amazing install team including Tyson, Jordan, Troy, Mitchell and Ethan, our amazingly knowledgeable and talented Jordon returning a couple times to make some minor tweaks for us. Everyone has been an absolute pleasure to work with, polite, tidy and respectful of our property, professional and so very friendly. We are so happy we took the advice and recommendations of our friends and neighbours and went with Yates! Thank you for taking such great care of us, and doing all that you do! We look forward to a very long, positive and ongoing relationship with you and your staff.
