By enrolling in this Irrigation Maintenance Package, you authorize Yates Custom Lawn Sprinklers to perform necessary billable maintenance, service, and/or repairs during each scheduled visit, up to a maximum of $450.00 per visit, to maintain proper system operation.
If a technician determines that required service or repairs will exceed $450.00, or if optional (non-required) renovations are recommended, customer authorization will be obtained prior to proceeding with any additional work.
All parts installed shall remain the property of Yates Custom Lawn Sprinklers until paid for in full.
Maintenance packages are non-transferable between properties or owners.
All cancelled contracts are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
If you are dissatisfied with the results of a service visit, you must notify Yates Custom Lawn Sprinklers within seven (7) days of the service date to allow for corrective action.
Any service requests made after seven (7) days will be treated as a new service call and billed accordingly.
Yates Custom Lawn Sprinklers shall not be held liable for pre-existing conditions, system failures due to age, improper installation by others, electrical issues, water supply problems, weather-related damage, or any conditions beyond our control.
All prices are subject to annual review and adjustment.
